The NVQ will show that the candidate is able to work to a national standard of competence. The NVQ can be tailored to meet individuals/organisations circumstances.

Course: NVQ Advice and Guidance (Level 2, 3 and 4)
Start Date: Runs Continuously
Length of Course: 4 – 12months (Learners are able to progress at their own pace)
Cost: Some funding available
Location: Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and Sussex

Course Content
• Providing support for clients in planning and implementing a course of action.
• Liaising with other services and operating within networks.
• Enabling clients to access and use information.
• Evaluation and developing own work.
• Establish contact with clients.
• Following referral procedures.
