Learning Links offers a range of products and services that enable us to support the delivery of high quality learning, for the benefit of individuls and organisations.

Delivery of Workshops and Courses

We deliver a wide range of learning opportunities and courses, ranging from short fun workshops in "Kit Car Building" and "Using your Mobile Phone", through to NVQ Level 3 in Advice and Guidance or Community Development.

Many of our workshops and courses are funded by other organisations (for example, Local Authorities) to allow us to support specific types of learners in restricted geographical area.

In addition, we can deliver most of our workshops or course on a commission basis, often for Local Authorities or small businessess. Some of our most popular courses are listed below:

Community Researchers  : Our latest Research Project was a Civic Roles Accreditation Review, which was commissioned by the Department of Communities and Local Government in response to the Communities in Control White Paper. The report can be viewed here.

Our focus of course delivery is the South East Region. We are, however, able to enrol and support learners from other parts of the UK (subject to availability) and provide consultancy support.

Learning Links holds the Investors in People and Matrix quality standards, and all activities are delivered in line with the Common Inspection Framework.

All our workshops and courses fit within the nationally recognised qualifications framework and can be offered with or without accreditation.

Consultancy Support to Voluntary or Community Organisations and Social Enterprises

We provide bespoke consultancy support to a range of organisations and individuals, particularly Voluntary/Community organisations, Social Entrepreneurs and Social Enterprises.

Our Senior Management Team and a number of our permanent and contract employees have significant expertise in planning, setting up and running large-scale capital projects, social enterprises, as well as the design and successful delivery of multi-million pound public sector contracts.

Examples of the services we offer include:

Development, design and advice on implementation of community training and accreditation.
Mentoring for Social Enterprise Development, icluding business planning, raising finance, finding premises, partnership working etc.
Planning effectively for project or contract delivery.
