We inspire and equip individuals and communities to achieve goals through learning and personal development.

We use a bespoke learning journey approach to enable individuals to get from where they are to where they want to be.

Once a learner is inspired a key worker works with the individual or community to design their bespoke journey.

Learners join the journey at any stage and often the learner journey doesn’t always end with a single achievement, i.e. a learner can take Information, Advice and Guidance NVQ Level 1, achieve and then take Information, Advice and Guidance NVQ Level 2, achieving for the second time.

We find many individuals and communities we work with go on to inspire other people to start their own learner journey.
